The background and favorable conditions of seed industry cooperation in Tongzhou-Wuqing-Langfang were expounded，the basic situation of seed industry cooperation in the current three places were analyzed，and corresponding countermeasures and development suggestions according to problems existing in the current seed industry cooperation were put forward，with a view to promoting healthy，stability and sustainable development of land and seed industry cooperation.
