Faculty Construction of Agricultural Machinery Based on Flipped Classroom

Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode which reversed the stage of knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization in traditional classroom and changed teaching time and teaching methods.The core idea of flipped classroom which focused on student′s autonomous learning is in line with modern educational and teaching concepts.The successful implementation of flipped classroom cannot be separated from high-quality teachers.In the process of building core courses of agricultural machinery specialty in universities，how to improve level of teachers under new teaching mode has become an important task.Based on the concepts of innovative talents training，the important roles and application status of flipped classroom teaching mode in the modern education were summarized and analyzed.On this basis，some construction strategy of agricultural machinery teachers under new situation were explored and studied，which provided guarantee for application of new teaching mode in agricultural machinery specialty.
