Vibration Characteristic Analysis of Battery Pack Structure of Agricultural VehicleMa Yan

  • In the products design of electric agricultural vehicle powered by li-ion battery, vibration resistance of battery pack is a keySfactor of safetySverification. But in agricultural vehicle industry, study on the vibration characteristics of battery pack is less. Agricultural vehicle loaded with standard battery packs transplanted directly by the commercialSvehicle are prone to failure due to vibration. and pose a potentialSsafety hazard. In this paper, the battery pack calculation model is established by using the finite element method. Modal analysis and dynamic response analysis of the battery pack in the vibration conditions are carried out, and the strength is verified by vibration test and road test. The analysis results show that the researchScan effectively identify sensitive parts of the battery pack in the low-order modal. The strength of optimized battery pack is safe and reliable in vibration conditions. The researchScan provide an effective reference for the research and design of similar products.
