Engineering Difficulties and Countermeasures in Quality Improvement of Cultivated Land in China

Based on implementation background and significance of quality improvement project of cultivated land in China，some main problems existing in process of promoting project were analyzed.A series of targeted improvement measures were put forward such as actively promoting technology of topsoil stripping and reuse，standardizing market-oriented operation mechanism of project，establishing a scientific planning system for implementation of project，and strengthening quality of tracking supervision work of project.
