Study on Buckwheat Quality and Safety Control Technology in North of Shanxi Province

Measures to ensure quality and safety of buckwheat were discussed，the quality and safety control technology of buckwheat production was put forward from the aspects of planting environmental conditions，seed selection and treatment，sowing，field management，storage and monitoring.Only by analyzing all links of buckwheat before，during and after delivery and ensuring scientific and standard of each process，quality and safety of buckwheat can be guaranteed effectively.
