Design of Chain-type Cotton Field Plough Layer Residual Film Recovery Machine

  • In the process of large-scale promotion and implementation of cotton film,although the cotton yield and farmers′ economic benefits are improved,the residual film in the cotton field after cotton harvesting is not recycled and degraded in time,which will cause soil environmental pollution and cotton production reduction.This has become a hazard.One of the most serious problems in cotton planting is to solve the problem of residual film residue in cotton field after autumn harvest in southern Xinjiang.A plough layer chain residual film recovery machine combining soil turning device and decimating device was designed.It was composed of turning device,loose soil plate and decimating device.Soil-turning device pulled out soil between 0 and 100 mm on the surface.The soil that was turned out was crushed by loose soil board.Deciduous teeth and scraping membrane teeth in decimating device recover residual film in soil to collecting box.Residual film recycling process was completed,and structural design of each part of machine was reasonable,in line with the design principle of agricultural machinery.
