Design and Test of Self-propelled Miscellaneous Grain Sowing and Fertilization Machine

  • Aiming at problems of small plots,difficult operation of large machines,lack of small machines,inconvenience of purchasing fuel and high labor intensity in hilly and mountainous areas of Shanxi province,a self-propelled electric miscellaneous grain seeder and fertilizer applicator was designed,which could complete ditching,sowing,fertilizing,covering soil and pressing at one time.Power matching,tire size,frame and trencher were analyzed and designed.Through tests,all indicators had met requirements of relevant national standards.Machines and tools were energy-saving,environmental protection,easy to operate,and could be widely used in various regions.
