Design and Experiment of Pressure Balance Device of Pneumatic Conveying Seeder

  • Aiming at the problem that length of seeding tube affects performance of seeding arrangement,a pressure balance device with grooved wheels was designed.Seed inlet of the device was connected with upper end of seed tube,seed outlet was connected with lower end of seed tube,and length of upper end of each line was the same.Experiment results showed that variation coefficient of total displacement stability was 0.56%,variation coefficient of each row displacement consistency was reduced from 12.79% to 2.12%,and seed damage rate was 0.38%,that could meet requirements of relevant standards.
