Design Simulation and Performance Test of Air-sweeping Seed Metering Device

  • Fluent software was used to analyze three working conditions of air-sweeping seed metering device,and experimental research was carried out.Effect of flow field in process of cleaning and filling seeds and the periodic disturbance of self-flowing seeds by flow field while promoting the flow of seeds were obtained to prevent overhead,and the qualified rate of seeding reached 95.05%.Results showed that reasonable chamber design could effectively improve seeding efficiency.
