Design and Experiment of Wide Finger-wheel Rake

  • Aiming at situation of small size,slow operation speed,poor structure and performance of rake developed and manufactured in China,wide finger-wheel rake was designed and developed,which was suitable for collecting,turning and ridging of crop straw and forage.Overall structure,finger-wheel,finger wheel adjusting mechanism,gathering hay with adjusting mechanism,hydraulic control system were designed.Performance test of complete machine was also carried out.Experiment results indicated that structure of machine was reasonable,width of gathering grass was 8.5 m,miss raking rate was 1.5%,loss rate of flower and leaf was 2.6%,work productivity was 12.5 hm2/h,all performance indicators met design requirements.
