Extraction Process Optimization of Cellulose in Corn Straw with High Pressure Steaming Method

  • With the increasingly prominent problems of environment and energy,the development and utilization of renewable resources has become the focus of attention.As a kind of green renewable energy,corn straw is widely used in agricultural production,industrial manufacturing and other fields.Practical significance of extracting cellulose from corn straw was discussed.Several methods of extracting cellulose from corn straw were introduced,mainly described how to extract cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking,and explore the best process conditions of extracting cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking.Through single factor experiment,the effects of different reaction time,pressure and sodium hydroxide solution content on the cellulose extraction from corn straw were discussed,which provided reference for industrial extraction of corn straw cellulose.
