Construction Status of Small-scale Farmland Water Conservancy Project in Shandong Province

Based on the analysis of main problems existing in construction of small-scale farmland water conservancy projects in Shandong，some countermeasures for raising construction funds，rationally planning layout of projects，and perfecting construction and management system of projects were put forward.
