Training Mode of Applied Innovative Talents in Agricultural Machinery by School-enterprise Cooperation under Vision of New Engineering

In order to solve problems of disconnection of the demand for agricultural machinery professionals and the shortage of industrial development in Xinjiang，College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering，Xinjiang Agricultural University was taken as an example to construct a new model of applied innovative talents for agricultural mechanization under the new engineering vision，at the same time，agricultural machinery professional personnel training reform content and implementation method plan were put forward，with a view to reserving talents for the rapid development of agricultural machinery industry in Xinjiang.
