Modern Agricultural Industry Development Countermeasures in Resource-based Regions

Taking Yuzhou city of Henan province as an example，SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and challenges of modern agriculture development in resource-based areas，and it provided policy recommendations for transformation of the region.It can be obtained through analysis that Yuzhou city had many types of agricultural resources，good development foundation，outstanding industrial characteristics and advantages.Modern agriculture had a good foundation for development and development conditions.The development strategy should focus on utilization strategy （SO） and differentiation strategy （ST），and combine reinforcement strategy （WO） and defensive strategy （WT） to carry out development planning scientifically and rationally.Specifically，it put forward to attach importance to ecological construction and ecological protection，stabilized the basic grain industry，and promoted development of modern circular agriculture.A comprehensive ecological Chinese medicine town was built，a sweet potato leisure theme parks was developed，and development of characteristic advantageous industries was strengthened.Agricultural resources were comprehensively utilized，the cultural industries and tourism industry were integrated，development and urban ecological agriculture industry was developed.A new and modern system for training farmers' skills was established and personnel support was strengthened.It provided development strategies and suggestions for development of modern agriculture.
