Innovation and Pioneering Training Pattern of Agriculture Engineering Graduate Students

Based on current problems in training of graduate students in agricultural engineering，a series of measures from the aspects of student training，improvement of tutor ability and revision of training programs were proposed，and applied to teaching practice.Practice has shown that students′ abilities to innovate and pioneer were significantly improved.
