Current Situation of Rural Land Transfer and Utilization in China：Taking Neijiang City of Sichuan Province as an Example

Based on forms and main problems of rural land transfer in China，the experiences of diversification of land transfer forms，rationalization of compensation standards，industrialization of land transfer management，and the whole process of government supervision in the work of rural land transfer and utilization in Neijiang city，Sichuan province were analyed.And improvement direction of rural land circulation and utilization in the future were put forward，such as strengthening system of confirming right of rural land，standardizing platform of rural land transfer and exchange，and establishing industrial protection mechanism.
