Design and Application of Monitoring and Early Warning Management System for Agricultural Product Quality Safety Based on Cloud Message Platform

Aiming at general problems existing in incompatibility and uneconomy of SMS service platform operated by Mobile，Unicom and Telecom，a monitoring and early warning management system for agricultural product quality safety based on cloud message platform was designed，which could send early warning SMS in real time and improve supervision effectiveness，effectively prevent and control the occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety incidents.Application in Zhengzhou showed that the system had advantages of functionality，ease-of-use，reliability，safety and maintainability，meeting design requirements and actual work needs.
