Application Effect of Third-party Evaluation in Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidies

In order to ensure objective and fair evaluation results，third-party evaluation as an external check and balance mechanism had become a common means of performance evaluation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies.In order to quantitatively study effect of third-party evaluation on implementation effect of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy，one-way analysis of variance was used to compare results of six qualified agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information disclosure columns.Results showed that the significance P value was 0.007 and less than 0.05.According to study，in the case of evaluation by a third-party organization，there was a significant difference in the mean value of qualification rates of each item，and third-party evaluation method promoted implementation of tagricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy.
