Research Progress on Plants TIR1/AFBs Gene Family

TIR1/AFBs gene family is a kind of auxin receptor existing in the nucleus，belonging to a small subgroup of F-box protein gene.They regulate gene expression by activating transcription factors in conjunction with related auxins，which is a key part of auxin signal transduction.In order to study the auxin signal transduction mechanism，molecular regulation mechanism of TIR1/AFBs gene family from the discovery and structure of TIR1/AFBs gene family was summarized，the differences of individual expression patterns in the family and the regulation of plant growth and development was summarized，and function of TIR1/AFBs gene family was analyzed.Finally，future research direction of the TIR1/AFBs gene was discussed.
