Structural Design of Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Biomass Hot Blast Stove

  • Existing hot blast stove has some problems such as low thermal efficiency,incomplete combustion and environmental pollution and so on.In view of these problems,an environmental protection and energy-conservation hot blast stove was designed,which mainly included design of feeding system,combustion system,heat exchange system,dust removal system,box and control part.This new type biomass hot blast stove could continuously supply clean hot air which was constant temperature,constant pressure and dustless,and discharge pollution-free waste heat gas.The design could be used for drying and heating,and which has a broad application prospect.
