  • In order to explore the best method and process parameters of wolfberry drying,the production cost,scale,efficiency and quality of current wolfberry drying were compared and analyzed.The future development trends of wolfberry dried industry were proposed,which were scale,intensification,intelligence,standardization,and quality.
