Abstract

Basic characteristics and treatment process of urban kitchen waste were introduced.Characteristics and existing problems of sanitary landfill，incineration，crushing and direct discharge，fodder，composting of organic fertilizer，anaerobic digestion and pyrolysis of kitchen waste were analyzed.Process characteristics，parameters and existing problems of large and small-scale kitchen waste treatment equipment were discussed respectively.Development direction of kitchen waste treatment were put forward.
