Status and Existing Problems of Raw Milk Quality and Safety in Xinjiang

Status of raw milk in Xinjiang was introduced，and the quality and safety problems existing in milk industry was explored.On this basis，research status of raw milk quality and safety both in China and other countries was analyzed，and existing quality and safety testing technology of raw milk was introduced.It was expected to provide some help for healthy and rapid development of Xinjiang raw milk industry.
