Genetic Basis of Jinongnuo Series Maize Inbred Lines

In order to further clarify genetic background of Jinongnuo series maize inbred lines，15 waxy maize inbred lines including Jinonuo series were selected and genotyped by 1K SNP based on multiplex PCR technology.PCA results showed that 15 waxy maize were divided into 4 groups，which was analyzed that Jinongnuo waxy female group × Kennian 1 female derivative group and Jinongnuo processed waxy female group × Kennian 1 female derivative group were main heterosis model of application of Jinong glutinous series.Research results could provide theoretical support for breeding of Jinongnuo series varieties .
