  • Probiotics detection project was introduced into the undergraduate experiment teaching,and a comprehensive experiment of Lactic acid bacteria detection in milk drinks was designed.This experiment covered a lot of knowledge points,and experimental process was simple and easy to implement in undergraduate teaching classroom.Through this experiment,the basic knowledgeand and basic experimental skills learned in the early stage of food microbiology course were combined with the hot issues of life to stimulate students' interest in learning,and cultivate students' ability of integrating theory with practice and comprehensive experimental skills.It is of great significance in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents with “thick foundation,strong ability and wide adaptability”.
