Training Path of New Professional Farmers in New Era

In new era of overall implementation of rural revitalization strategy，cultivating new professional farmers has become an important means to break through bottleneck of rural talents.In recent years，China has achieved certain results in process of cultivating new professional farmers.It has cultivated a group of professional farmers who know technology and are good at operating.However，they still face more problems restricting cultivation of professional farmers，including problems such as insufficient awareness of professional farmers，inadequate training and education systems，and insufficient funding.Based on analysis of main problems in cultivation of new professional farmers in new era，specific countermeasures and suggestions for optimal cultivation of professional farmers were put forward.
