Finite Element Analysis of Frame for 4SZ-1 Wild Jujube Harvester

  • In order to understand mechanical characteristics of the frame of 4SZ-1 wild jujube harvester on working and ensure stable work and operation quality in its life cycle,finite element analysis of machine frame was carried out.Based on the ANSYS Workbench,corresponding mathematical model,mechanical model and finite element model were established for statics finite element analysis.Through the analysis,displacement,stress and strain of frame under two conditions of force limit were calculated.Calculation results showed that frame stiffness and strength were within a reasonable range,which could ensure normal operation of the machine.
