Digital Teaching Mode of Food Standards and Regulations Course

Based on the ICVE platform，the digital resources construction and application research of the“Food Standards and Regulations”course were explored.By analyzing necessity of digital resource construction，design ideas，specific construction contents and evaluation criteria were proposed and applied in teaching.Since the implementation of digital resources construction and application，it has effectively improved teaching ability of teachers，improved students' interest in learning，established a good teacher-student relationship.Teaching practice showed that the effect was good.
