Cultivation of Agricultural Engineering Talents in China

In order to effectively solve talent gap and fault phenomenon in the field of agricultural engineering in China，according to research project undertaken by Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery，current situation and existing problems of development of agricultural engineering discipline in China and the local scientific and technological talents in this discipline were analyzed.Combined with actual situation，some suggestions were put forward for cultivation of international innovative leading talents in the field of agricultural engineering as soon as possible.
