Application of TRIZ Method in Anti-Crack Panel of Rockfill Dam with Face Slab

Analysis and optimization based on TRIZ theory could effectively reduce panel cracking in rockfill dam with face slab.Problem of panel crack was a serious constraint to development of rockfill dam with face slab.Causes of panel crack mainly include slab voiding，temperature stress and dry shrinkage stress.Four schemes to eliminate slab crack were put forward through system analysis，causal analysis and substance-field analysis of TRIZ theory，TRIZ tool was used to solve problems and four schemes were optimized.Schemes obtained by TRIZ theory could provide theoretical guidance for practical engineering.
