Preparation Technology Optimization of Dihydromyricetin Oral Liquid from Ampelopsis grossedentata

  • Dihydromyricetin oral liquid was prepared from the Ampelopsis grossedentata.The purity of dihydromyricetin was 95% after five recrystallization by hot water extraction.Optimum technological parameters for preparation of oral liquid were obtained by single factor and orthogonal design through sensory evaluation:0.03% dihydromyricetin,0.20% potassium glycyrrhizinate,0.18% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,and 0.03% citric acid.The oral liquid formulated by this formula was colorless,clear and transparent,sweet and sour,with the characteristic aroma of licorice and sweet.The content of dihydromyricetin in the finished product was 0.028 g/100 mL,and all indexes met quality standard of mixture in“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”2015.
