Preparation Technology Optimization of Dihydromyricetin Oral Liquid from Ampelopsis grossedentata

Dihydromyricetin oral liquid was prepared from the Ampelopsis grossedentata.The purity of dihydromyricetin was 95% after five recrystallization by hot water extraction.Optimum technological parameters for preparation of oral liquid were obtained by single factor and orthogonal design through sensory evaluation：0.03% dihydromyricetin，0.20% potassium glycyrrhizinate，0.18% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose，and 0.03% citric acid.The oral liquid formulated by this formula was colorless，clear and transparent，sweet and sour，with the characteristic aroma of licorice and sweet.The content of dihydromyricetin in the finished product was 0.028 g/100 mL，and all indexes met quality standard of mixture in“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”2015.
