Optimization of Preparation and Labeling Conditions of Colloidal Gold and Its Application in Agriculture

  • Optimization measures for preparation and labeling technique of colloidal gold were put forward,and its application in agricultural production and safety detection of agricultural products were discussed.Results showed that,colloid gold could be preserved for a longer time by using 0.22 μm filter operation,tin foil paper packaging and adding a little preservative.Antibody labeling could be carried out by determining optimal pH value,protein content and centrifugal force.Existing research showed that colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has a very important role in many aspects of agricultural production and environmental detection,especially in quality and safety of agricultural products.
