Design of Fixed Automatic Intelligent Control Rubber Tapping Machine

  • In order to solve traditional tapping artificial labor intensity,bad working environment and low tapping efficiency,using modeling software SolidWorks design analysis,rubber tapping machine driven by a motor was designed with intelligent control.According to intelligent electric control program cutting knife mounts could achieve a predetermined work spiral trajectory.By distance sensor feedback data,cutter feeding convenient adjustment and suitable fur depth were realized.Through field test and data analysis,the rubber cutting machine was constantly improved to provide personnel with low labor intensity,stable and reliable performance,economical and practical cutting equipment for rubber latex obtained from rubber industrial production.
