Effect and Experience of Land Circulation of Xiwan Village in Henan Province

Taking Xiwan village，Qinyang city，Henan province as an example，which launched the“first gun”of China′s land circulation，process and effect of land circulation in Xiwan village were investigated.Its successful experience in improving rural social security system，strengthening team cooperation，playing a leading role，and selecting appropriate transfer mode according to terrain characteristics and resource conditions of various regions were analyzed，so as to provide certain reference for land circulation in various regions.
