Processing Technology and Complete Sets of Apricot

Apricot has a long history in Xinjiang，but there is still problem of lagging post-production processing technology of apricot.A new post-production processing technology of apricot and its supporting equipment were put forward.By analysis of structure and working principle of matching equipment，performance parameters of equipment were also tested.The aim was to provide a technology basis for large-scale and standardized application of apricot processing.
