Design of Pineapple Flexible Harvesting Integrated Device Based on Complementary Picking Method

  • Pineapple is rich in nutrition and fragrant,which is very popular.In order to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency,a complementary picking method was proposed.Pineapple harvester was designed with parametric modeling,a trial production of prototype had been accomplished.The key parts such as picking structure,flexible transmission,transmission system structure and frame structure were introduced in detail,and parameters and working methods of standard parts of main devices were described.Picking experiment was carried out.Results showed that pineapple harvester had a high picking success rate,simple operation,high efficiency and novel structure,which could be used for reference to realize market-oriented development of pineapple picking equipment.
