Investigation on Demand for Talents of Facility Agriculture and Equipment in Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing

By using methods of literature analysis，expert interview and questionnaire survey，research on current situation and trend of industry development，enterprise post setting and ability demand，students′ professional and personalized development needs were conducted in-depth.It could further understand development trend of facility agriculture industry in Beijing，master post ability requirements of enterprises related to facility agriculture and equipment specialty，clarify knowledge，skills and literacy ability of graduates，and understand professional and personalized development needs of students，provide reliable basis for further optimizing orientation of professional training and deepening construction of professional connotation，and promote professionals.With continuous improvement of the quality of talent training，it could better provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for regional economic and social development.
