Construction of High Quality Online Courses in Local Colleges and Universities under Background of“Golden Course”

As a teaching method，online courses are more and more involved in modern education mode，construction of high quality online courses has practical research significance.Therefore，based on background of“golden course”，3 online courses models of MOOC course，hybrid course and virtual simulation training course were put forward，and practical problems in aspects of policy，operation，teaching concept and curriculum characteristics in construction of online courses in local colleges and universities were analyzed，accordingly，corresponding solutions were put forward，aiming to provide reference for construction and reform of online courses in local colleges and universities.
