Enlightenment of Teaching Reform of Olin College of Engineering on Development of Agricultural Machinery Specialty in China′s Universities

Rapid development of China′s agricultural machinery industry needs a large number of outstanding innovative talents.Traditional talent training mode of agricultural machinery specialty in colleges and universities is difficult to meet growth needs of students and demand of agricultural machinery industry for education supply.Starting from the needs，values and pain points of human beings，Olin College of Engineering has carried out teaching reform and cultivated a large number of outstanding engineering innovators.It has become a rising star of engineering education in the United States and even the world.Teaching concept and curriculum system of Olin College of Engineering have important reference significance for development of agricultural machinery specialty in colleges and universities in China.
