Experimental Verification of Mixed Flow Static Room Type Grain Dryer

  • In view of common problems of various kinds of grain dryers which were widely used at present,such as high burst rate of high-temperature fast drying,low dehydration rate of low-temperature drying,high breakage rate of circulating drying,low utilization rate of heat energy,a kind of mixed flow static room type grain dryer was introduced,which adopted a kind of heat preservation and humidity control,hot air recycling,mixed flow ventilation,thin-layer strong wind and static volume.New mechanical drying method of continuous drying in state solved a series of problems such as high bursting rate,high damage rate and low dehydration efficiency of grain drying,realized recycling of hot air and improved drying thermal efficiency.From 2017 to 2019,under same drying conditions,machine should be compared with other types of dryers and grain drying methods such as manual drying to carry out comparative test and performance verification of multiple batches of dry rice and hybrid rice seeds.Results showed that dryer was superior to other dryers in drying effect,efficiency and drying cost,and also had outstanding performance in rice seed drying.According to test of the third-party inspection and detection organization,dehydration rate of dried grain was 1.3%/h,burst waist rate ≤0.01%,damaged rate ≤ 0.02%;dehydration rate of dried rice seed was 0.9%/h,germination rate and damaged rate of dried seed were equivalent to the natural air drying grade.
