Effect，Dilemma and Suggestion of Reform on Shareholder Right for Rural Collective Property in Gaoling District of Xi′an City

Gaoling District of Xi′an City was determined as one of the first batch of national rural collective property shareholder right reform pilots in 2015，and passed final acceptance.Measures and effects，difficulties and problems of reform in Gaoling District in the past three years were analyzed，and suggestions were put forward accordingly in order to provide decision-making reference for promoting and popularizing of reform in whole country.
