As the birthplace of the Silk Road，Shaanxi has formed a tea oriented industrial development pattern with its favorable natural ecological conditions and regional industrial structure.At present，tea export scale of Shaanxi Province is not large，and market share is low.With “The belt and Road Initiative”，Shaanxi tea export will have a great potential to other countries along the way.The future will gradually increase.Current situation and existing problems of development of Shaanxi tea cross border e-commerce market under background of “The belt and Road Initiative” were studied.Path of Shaanxi tea develop its cross-border e-commerce was put forward.Development path of Shaanxi tea cross border e-commerce could be expanded，through leveraging cross border e-commerce platform，developing international market，strengthening the brand of green tea，layout of overseas warehouse to solve the problem of export，and improving legal order of cross border e-commerce.
