Evaluation of Water Conservancy Project Management Model Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

At present，problem of light management in the reconstruction of water conservancy projects is prominent.Management mode of water conservancy projects were compared and evaluated to provide a basis for decision making of water conservancy project management.First，influence factors of water conservancy project management were combed.A comprehensive evaluation system and model was built.Selecting typical of Yunnan water conservancy project management as an example，using analytic hierarchy process comprehensive empowerment，quantitative evaluation of water conservancy project management was done.Combining with evaluation results and typical problems of current traditional water conservancy project management implementation of property management mode，related suggestions were put forward.
