Research Progress on Regulated Deficit Irrigation for Sunflower

  • As an irrigation mode with water-saving,yield increasing and quality improving,regulated deficit irrigation is widely used in agricultural production.Effects of water deficit regulation on sunflower growth pattern,photosynthesis,water consumption pattern,yield and quality were summarized,current problems faced by sunflower were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.The results could furnish a basis for further enriching theory of regulated deficit irrigation of sunflower,and guide formulation and implementation of regulated deficit irrigation scheme of sunflower more scientifically.
