Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode for Agricultural Hydraulic Engineering Professionals

Combining with new requirements and standards of engineering personnel training in colleges and universities，personnel training scheme of agricultural hydraulic engineering was revised in Anhui Agricultural University from two aspects，that was strengthening ideological and political education，and practical education.The new program implemented concept of teaching and education，integrated ideological and political courses，and highlighted cultivation of students′ practical ability.Through specific revision of six aspects of personnel training program，the new methods and modes of applied and innovative personnel training of agricultural hydraulic engineering specialty in teaching and research-oriented universities were explored.It could provide a reference for personnel training methods of agricultural engineering.
