Application of“Cloud Classroom”APP in Teaching Practice of“Storage and Processing Technology of Fruits and Vegetables”

Integrating digital shared teaching resources on“Smart Vocational Education”platform and own resources，and combining characteristics of course and students，teaching content，teaching strategy，teaching process and teaching evaluation of“Storage and Processing Technology of Fruits and Vegetables”course were reformed.Personalized online teaching environment was built by teachers in“Vocational Education Cloud”，and“Cloud Classroom”APP was used by students to start online and offline learning.Teaching practice showed that it has effectively improved teachers' teaching ability and students' interest in learning，and a better teaching practice effect has been obtained.
