Abstract
China′s total consumption of fresh poultry egg products is huge.As people pay more attention to food hygiene,processing requirements for poultry eggs before they go on the market are becoming increasingly stringent.Quality testing and grading of fresh eggs is an important process involving food hygiene,quality testing of eggs and level of graded mechanization technology affects quality and safety of eggs and batch production capacity.Development process,current technical level and existing problems of classification mechanization technology for testing fresh poultry and egg products were briefly analyzed.It provides technical reference for testing of poultry egg products and popularization and application of graded mechanization technology.
