“Emissions Control Technical Requirements of Non-road Diesel Mobile Machinery”is special technical requirements of the fourth stage of“Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Pollutants from Diesel Engines of Non-road Mobile Machinery（CHINA III，IV）”.Compared with the third stage，this standard has increased scope of application，and requirements of up to standard inspection，remote monitoring and on-board diagnosis（OBD）were added in technical requirements.In order to better understand the standard，main content of the standard were expounded and analyzed，and feasibility analysis was carried out from two aspects of technical feasibility and cost feasibility.
