Design and Application of Anti-winding Device for Seeder

With continuous promotion of conservation tillage technology，no-tillage seeder has been more and more widely used.In order to solve problem that crop straw and stubble would have adverse effect on sowing performance under no-tillage environment，an auger type anti-winding device was designed.Working principle and composition of anti-winding device were introduced，and field experiment was carried out.Experiment results showed that anti-winding device could effectively separate wheat straw and reduce dust and power consumption without breaking soil during operation.Anti-winding device has good overall performance，it is of great significance to promote popularization of conservation tillage technology when it is used together with no-tillage seeder.
