Reforming Food Basic Experiment Course Based on Innovative and Practical Abilities Cultivation

The higher education innovation training plan has put higher requirements for university students′ innovation abilities.As a basic course of food science and engineering specialty，food basic experiment not only provides practical skills to students，but also cultivates scientific spirit of teamwork，truth-seeking and courage in innovation.However，there are still some factors that restrain cultivation of students′ innovation consciousness.Oriented by engineering education accreditation standards and curriculum objectives，some explorations of learner-centered teaching reform on how to cultivate students′ innovative abilities were presented from four aspects，including optimizing teaching contents，improving teaching methods，perfecting educational evaluation system and enforcing teaching management.
