Abstract
The higher education innovation training plan has put higher requirements for university students′ innovation abilities.As a basic course of food science and engineering specialty,food basic experiment not only provides practical skills to students,but also cultivates scientific spirit of teamwork,truth-seeking and courage in innovation.However,there are still some factors that restrain cultivation of students′ innovation consciousness.Oriented by engineering education accreditation standards and curriculum objectives,some explorations of learner-centered teaching reform on how to cultivate students′ innovative abilities were presented from four aspects,including optimizing teaching contents,improving teaching methods,perfecting educational evaluation system and enforcing teaching management.
